POPPY ROCKS!!!
Where Are We Now...???
Following Poppy's diagnosis back in January 2018, Poppy is now over 6 months past the end of treatment and has sprang back to life as 5 year old girl. She has been left with some very minor/mild disablities such as ataxia and hearing loss but nothing that is untowardly affecting her daily life. Recently her vaccinations have been brought back upto date and thanks to the efforts of our freind Chris Lee at Linsco Ltd and Nottm based charity Wish Upon A Star, Poppy and her family will be enjoying a 3 week, holiday of a lifetime in Florida with a visit to Disney during October!!!
We'd like to thank everybody but that has engaged in fundraising for either the iMri Appeal, The Children's Brain Tumour Research Centre and/or the family directly over the past 18 months.
To date, her latest scan is clear and Poppy isn't needed to be seen for 6 months or so from August 2019 - which is fantastic news. The best way to keep upto date with all the latest that Poppy is getting up to is via Facebook at www.facebook.com/poppyrocksuk
